Do I have to connect anything?

No. You can import customers from a CSV or add them by hand. Xero is available if you want invoice contacts imported automatically.

The Xero workflow uses contact details and invoice information. For a custom connector, we confirm the exact fields and permissions with you before setup.

Is it read only?

The Xero connection does not edit your invoices or contacts. We agree data access and permissions separately for any custom connector.

Which plan do I need to connect Xero?

Accepted Answer

Xero, CSV import and manual entry are available on all plans. Email requests are included from Starter; SMS/TXT requests are available on Growth and Pro. Custom connectors require a separate assessment and may cost extra.

What if my software is not listed?

If your software has an API, we can often build a connector. Contact us with the software name and the workflow you need. We will confirm feasibility, scope, cost and timing before work starts.
